The Wealth Elite
A Groundbreaking Study of
the Psychology of the Super-Rich
They are the subject of heated speculation, but only a few people know what really makes them tick: The Super-Rich. What is it that motivates people – often from very humble beginnings – to amass fortunes ranging from the tens of millions to billions of euros?
The author conducted intensive interviews with 45 ultra-high-net-worth individuals, most of whom are self-made multimillionaires and have a net worth of between 30 million and 1 billion euros. He spoke to them about their childhoods and teenage years, their motivations, attitudes, success strategies and their approaches to dealing with setbacks. This book also investigates the personality traits, experiences and attitudes that enabled the interviewees to create their enormous wealth. The result provides an unparalleled insight into the psyche of the wealth elite.
